For over 25 years the owners and staff of Something New Florist have enjoyed the pleasure of working with many satisfied clients in the Canfield and surrounding Youngstown areas. Delivering daily floral arrangements for those not content with the ordinary continues to be the main goal of the talented staff.

Our Guarantee
Every order is as important to us as it is to you. We attempt to please every customer with beautiful flowers and exceptional customer service. Since flowers are a perishable natural item and arrangements are custom made by hand, we make every effort to ensure the quality, accuracy and beauty of our work. With this human aspect, many variables come into play such as; how long the arrangement will last, and if the customer is satisfied with what was created. We constantly seek ways to control these variables; therefore, we welcome your comments. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us immediately for us to take the appropriate action.
Substitution Policy
Substitutions may be necessary from time to time to create your arrangement due to availability of certain flowers at certain times of the year. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement. We will use flowers to compliment the arrangement and of equal or greater value when substituted. Also, certain keepsake items may need to be substituted due to increased demand during major holidays.
Delivery Policy
Deliveries are made Monday – Saturday. For specific timed deliveries or Sunday deliveries, please call our store to speak to customer service representatives at 330-702-8777 and personally give them your order.
Specific Times
We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time on internet orders. If you need a specific time for delivery, call our customer service representatives at 330-702-8777 and personally give them your order.
Same Day Delivery
Orders must be received by 12:00 noon for delivery on the same day; otherwise delivery will be made the next day.
Funeral Homes
These orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service we will call to let you know so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family. We contact the funeral home to verify the time of the viewing and make arrangements for the flower delivery. If you have selected a delivery date that is before the actual viewing we will deliver to the viewing per the funeral home instructions. If you have ordered for a funeral viewing on Sunday there will be an additional Sunday delivery charge.
If No One is Home
Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
Something New is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
Request to Leave Item
The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave an arrangement on a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
